Shipping Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping of our puppies at Kirmer Kennel LLC. All puppies must be picked up from our location or an agreeable alternative location. We believe it's important for our clients to meet their new family members in person and ensure a smooth transition for both the puppy and the new owner. Please contact us for more information!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return your puppy, we are here to help. We offer a full refund after a vet health check clearance on all returns. If another puppy is available, you may choose to exchange your puppy instead of receiving a refund. Please note that refund amounts may vary if we are required to travel a long distance to pick up your puppy.
